“From start to finish the program was informative and entertaining for the students.  The areas that were covered were right on target for student leaders in the athletic arena, and you provided good examples to discuss along with sound philosophy.”
Rich Shello, Athletic Director Ridge High School

“Athleticvision was a smash hit for our entire coaching staff.  I highly recommend Buddy to any athletic program.  It was great seeing our coaches enthusiastically engaged in discussions of issues that are common to all of us in athletics.  A must for professional development.”
John Verderosa, Athletic Director, Raritan High School

“Excellent speakers in high school athletics are a rare breed.  However, Buddy is among the select few.  The situations discussed were reality based and offered rational solutions to potentially difficult situations and commonly questioned practices.  Furthermore, he has a presence when speaking to any group, and this quality only enhances the message.”
Scott Hade, Director of Athletics and Extracurricular Activities Somerville High School

“We were excited to see that the presentation addressed the major issues facing our new athletic program – parent perspectives on their children’s athletic experiences.  The presentation captured the audience, was interesting, informative, and quite funny.  We hope to bring them back to the school in the near future for another presentation.”
Jeannne D’Ambrosia, Parent, Basking Ridge, NJ

"Put us in situations we could relate to.  Involved everyone and made everyone feel very comfortable.  Overall...Amazing!!

"I would just like to tell you that I thought the Captain's Council program today was excellent.  Too many of our assemblies try to address problems unsuccessfully; trying to scare us with extremes or tackling issues that the vast majority of students are disconnected from.  This program, however, was presented, in my opinion, in exactly the right way.  Very real issues were confronted and solutions presented that should cause noticeable solutions.

I agree with the presenter that too often athletes become captains without a true sense of their responsibilities or their expected role.  The title then becomes little more than an honor to be written on a college letter.  This program really showed me what captains are capable of doing and the difference they can make on their teams. I hope that Madison will have this presentation every year, as it promises to prove very valuable to the captains, and through them, all of the athletes."
Tom O'Dell, Madison High School Team Captain
